Shipping Times and Costs
With the exception of pre-orders, all purchases will be dispatched in 48 hours from the order date. All pre-ordered items will ship 3 weeks from order date. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:
Local (within Ghana) - 1-2 business days - $5
West Africa - 3-5 business days - $15
Rest of the World - 3-5 business days - $30
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. Please keep in mind that the shipping times are approximate and may vary based on your specific location and the courier service utilized.
Duties and Taxes/Import Charges
Please be aware that any duties, taxes, or customs fees related to your purchase are solely your responsibility. As a small business, BIIO is unable to cover these costs. The amount of these fees can vary depending on your location and the customs regulations of your country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on potential fees associated with your order.
RETURNS
If you find any reason for dissatisfaction with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
10 Days to Return
You can return or exchange any item ordered within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn in their original condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. We encourage you to take reasonable care of the garments while they are in your possession.
Returns & Exchanges
BIIO is unable to offer return labels at this time thus cost of return lies with the customer. Please be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent with reliable and trackable services. Products can be exchanged according to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return
Fill this form within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return or exchange request. Our customer support team will be in touch with address information and any other necessary details.
Refund and Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent. In case your item does not meet requirements for a refund or exchange, we will be in touch to discuss ways to reach an amicable resolution.
